Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within Australia is included in the artwork price. Each piece is made to order with a production time of approximately 2–3 weeks, not including delivery.
Every framed piece is securely packaged and shipped via insured courier, with tracking details provided once dispatched.
Please note that production and delivery times may vary during public holidays and peak seasons, as printers and framers operate with reduced schedules and strict cut-off periods.
If your artwork is required by a specific date, please get in touch prior to ordering to confirm availability and ensure timely delivery.
International shipping is available on request and will be quoted separately.
Cancellations & Returns
Because each artwork is custom-made to order, cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted once production has begun.
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, a prompt replacement or repair will be arranged.
